Cliff Bell is an apostolic prophet and representative of the Christian International Global Network founded by Bishop Dr. Bill Hamon and directed by Drs. Jim and Judy Stevens.
Cliff and his wife Dianne married in 1988. The following year became a part of Vision Church @ Christian International (then CI Family Church) in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
Cliff served on CI’s ministry staff from 1990 to 2001 while serving in many areas of the local church and earning his Bachelor of Theology degree. In 1996, the Lord began to open doors in Latin America and Cliff began to travel in ministry. In 2001 Cliff and Dianne were ordained and commissioned as directors of CI Global Network Mexico.
After several years, the influence of each of the CIGN network representatives grew beyond national and geographic borders to the point it was no longer relevant to label our representatives by a geographic limitations (such as CI Mexico, or CI Central America). We are growing by language and relationship. So in 2023 it was decided that all former “international directors” labeled by a geographic location simply be called international representatives for CIGN. Cliff currently oversees churches and ministries scattered across three continents, from Europe, North, Central and South America. Cliff also serves as coordinator for our CIGN representatives who speak Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Cliff is known for teaching the truths of God’s Word in practical ways to equip the saints, as well as for prophesying with accuracy as he imparts Father God’s heart and purpose.
Cliff’s passion is to see every believer delivered, healed, and equipped, fulfilling their potential, and representing Jesus in Word, power, and character to bring about the end time harvest of souls and prepare the way for Jesus’ return.
Cliff and Dianne have their home base in Edinburg, Texas on the Mexican border from where he oversees churches in Mexico, Central and South America.
Cliff speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese. In his spare time, he enjoys music, nature, amateur photography, and a hot cup of coffee.
