Greetings from me, Dianne, and the Bell Family. It is the end of December, and what a year this has been! 

It has been way too long since I sent out anything to you, for which I apologize. Some of you keep up with me on Facebook, but others depend on email or snail mail.  Hopefully this will catch you up. 

Most of you know my Dad, Robert Bell passed away on December 31 of last year.  Dad lived over six years longer than the doctors said was possible, for which we are grateful. I was honored to organize and minister at his celebration of life service on January 6.

Exactly two weeks later I returned to Seymour, TX to minister at the funeral for my nephew, James Campos (my sister, Sheryl’s son), who passed away unexpectedly in an accident.  Needless to say, January was a difficult time for our family, but the Lord was with us throughout. 

Dianne is doing well with her pacemaker after her stroke in August of 2022.  Tabitha and Angela have been a great help in caring for her and taking her to doctors’ appointments. Dianne is under excellent care with a great team of doctors. Thank you for your continued prayers for her as her healing progresses!

Throughout 2023 I continued ministering online to many churches, networks, conferences, prophetic schools, and live broadcasts reaching people literally all-over Latin America and beyond.  Online ministry has become essential, for many who have left impoverished countries in South and Central America, are settling in Europe as well as the USA and Canada.  Those who are believers take their faith with them and many are planting churches!  The library of present-truth teachings I published to YouTube during the pandemic years are now a valuable resource for these people!

I meet regularly via Zoom with the CI Global Network ministries I oversee.  They are located everywhere from Canada to Argentina and scattered across five time zones. The Zoom meetings keep us connected.  We are excited about what God is doing and are positioning for revival, awakening, harvest and reformation!

When I started traveling again this year my primary goal was to visit these CI ministries I oversee.  In 2023, I was able to personally visit and minister to 15 of our CIGN ministers in Mexico (Tamaulipas; Yucatán; Quintana Roo; Nuevo León; Baja California); Canada, as well as Brazil and Argentina. 

One of many highlights was in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León where our church pastored by Héctor and Sagrario Garza is experiencing a revival with the youth! I got to prophesy to all the young people, and afterward, they ministered to me!

I am working more closely with CIGN Apostle Alberto Pires of Brazil who leads our CI churches there.  He is doing an excellent job and represents us and the Lord well!

Alberto and I have been working the last few years with a southern Brazilian network led by Apostle Edson Meneghetti of Teutônia.  I was there in mid-September and led the first prophetic training for them.  While I was there, Apostle Edson and his ministers officially joined CI Brazil!  They add 40 churches plus another 20 who are actively planting new churches across the nation. So, in Brazil we now have approximately 80 established churches and twenty more being planted!  The picture below shows less than half who came up to the front.

I will be working with Brazil more in the future, and I am in contact with CI in Florida to get all our CI modules available in Portuguese.  Over the last few years God used Chantell Cooley and others to introduce many other Brazilian networks and churches to the prophetic, so we need these materials available ASAP. Apostle Alberto has teams ready to go and lead prophetic trainings. 

Pastor Ariel Rivera da Silva in Resistencia, Argentina joined us in January of 2020.  He has contributed much to the network, and leads the CI Online Radio in Spanish which is available on an app from the Google Store.  He gets audio content from our other Spanish speaking representatives and airing it on the radio which has listeners from around the world.

I was thrilled to finally able to visit Pastor Ariel’s church at the end of September. Pastor Ariel is well recognized and played a principal role in the city establishing a monument to the Bible in the main plaza, to recognize and honor the impact of the past revivals that took place there.  I led their first prophetic training, and some people traveled up to 12 hours from all over Argentina and even Paraguay.  We had a full house. 

I was surprised that a city councilwoman came representing the City of Resistencia to officially recognize the opening of the meetings! She gave me an official document, signed and sealed from the City. That was a first!  After her presentation, I taught on the baptism in the Holy Spirit, and about one third of the 120 people came forward and received their prayer language.  That opened the floodgates, so the rest of the training just flowed. I was also interviewed by a local TV station and got to meet with and prophesy to several of the most influential pastors of the area. 

One of my greatest honors was to sit down and visit for three hours with Alejandro and Esperanza Juszezuk (immigrants from Ukraine). This precious couple, now in their nineties, were used by God in a revival that took place in the Chaco region in the 1950’s!  I asked him to share with me about what God did in those years, but he was more interested in hearing about what God is doing now! 

I got to attend the IGAP conference at Christian International in October and was blessed to see some of you there!  It was a great time of refreshing as well as to be challenged for the days ahead. 

In other family news, we are excitetd that our eldest daughter, Angela, has a full-length novel coming out in February with Bethany House Publishers! She writes historical fiction which she calls, “a cuppa Victorian whimsy.”  This novel is titled, “A Lady’s Guide to Marvels and Misadventure.”  You can check it out at her website.

During the pandemic I focused on what God told me to do which was online ministry. I ministered via Zoom, Skype, and other platforms to both out own CIGN church as well as many others. I also did a weekly broadcast on Facebook Live and YouTube which has developed into a library of well over 200 video teachings on Present Truth which remains as a resource for Spanish speaking believers world-wide.

In the last few months I started doing more in-person ministry , including a School of the Holy Spirit in partnership with Casa de Dios Church in Donna, TX with Apostle David Tobar.

But this is a new day! I am starting to travel again to visit our CIGN churches throughout Latin America and minister in other places as the Lord leads. I am excited at what God will do!
